IT Field Installation Technician

Full-Time Position

Applicant must be customer service / technically oriented individual with an ability to learn product line quickly. Critical to this position is the ability to work with our clients in a timely manner; the ability to maintain calm in stressful situations; aptitude for, and interest in learning new technologies. Must have a neat appearance, be well organized, and can multitask.

Technical background and customer support experience required.

  • Must be willing to travel across the US to scheduled installations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Proven field service experience.
  • Must have basic computer and networking skills.
  • Establish assistance by studying system requirements, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Superb customer service, communication, and self-management skills
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
  • Duties include onsite technical and product support, diagnosis and repair of hardware, installation of peripherals.
  • You must have an ability to instruct system users of all levels of computer skill sets.
  • Must be willing to work independently and provide status reports to managers.

IT Helpdesk Technician

Full-Time Position

Critical to this position is the ability to respond to customers in a timely manner; the ability to maintain calm in stressful situations; aptitude for, and interest in learning new technologies. Must have a neat appearance, be well organized, and can multitask.

  • Must be willing to work overtime and a rotational weekly schedule (Hours vary). Service calls must be completed regardless of your personal schedule.
  • Must have basic computer and networking skills.
  • Duties include technical and product support, diagnosis and repair of computer hardware, and remote customer support.
  • You must have an ability to instruct system users of all levels of computer skill sets.
  • Must be willing to work independently and provide status reports to managers.

Full-Time Position

Looking for experienced developers to assist with the maintenance and development of an enterprise back office revenue control application. The candidate must have a solid development background across multiple technical disciplines including .NET web application development, client/server development, and Database Development.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years VB.NET / C# / SQL Server Development and SQL
  • A thorough understanding of .NET Framework
  • SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, the ability to write inner/outer joins and out joins.
  • Quick learner with solid analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with priority

Purchasing Agent/Inventory Control 

Full-Time Position

Job Description

  • Purchase order management – assist in creating, processing and receiving purchase orders
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of purchase orders
  • Compile, verify and reconcile purchase orders against applicable documentation
  • Record receipt of goods into inventory system
  • Compile, review and submit approved invoices to accounting for payment processing
  • Process and resolve all purchasing and shipping claims with external parties
  • Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels
  • Assist in coordinating periodic and year-end physical inventory counts
  • Maintain vendor, inventory and purchase order records
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute purchasing and inventory related reports
  • Provide timely verbal and written communication
  • Provide support to management and other departments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
