We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
IT Helpdesk Technician
Location: Township of Roxbury, NJ – Onsite
Pay: From $18 an hour – Full-time
Applicant must be customer service / technically oriented individual with an ability to learn product line quickly. Heavy phone use requiring good communication skills. Critical to this position is the ability to respond to customers in a timely manner; the ability to maintain calm in stressful situations; aptitude for, and interest in learning new technologies. Must have a neat appearance, be well organized, and can multitask.
Technical background and customer support experience required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and a rotational weekly schedule (Hours vary). Service calls must be completed regardless of your personal schedule.
• Must have basic computer and networking skills.
• Duties include technical and product support, diagnosis and repair of computer hardware, and remote customer support.
• You must have an ability to instruct system users of all levels of computer skill sets.
• Must be willing to work independently and provide status reports to managers.

The Account Manager is accountable for ensuring that all contractual requirements are effectively and efficiently executed and continually delivered successfully against client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Overall hands-on responsibility for managing the customer relationship with the emphasis on being proactive in providing information and resolving issues
• Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
• Create and enhance processes to achieve quality control required goals
• Promoting opportunities for two-way communication including keeping customers informed of order status, technical resolutions and process or procedural changes
• Learn and demonstrate competency in the Micrologic product suite as well as establish a thorough understanding of our products and processing services
• Performance will be primarily based on customer satisfaction, retention and revenue expansion
• Manage client and project implementations ensuring agreed upon timelines and deliverables are met
• Escalate issues when required to the appropriate internal or external resource.
• Perform standard and ad hoc reporting for customers and management
• Effectively communicate features of solutions and manage client expectations throughout the life-cycle of the account.
• Create project specific timelines
• Create accurate daily/weekly status reports
• Schedule and chair status meetings
• Direct oversight of all day-to-day operational activities for customer

Required Skills & Experience
Account Manager should possess significant experience in customer relationship management, solutions design, and the implementation and/or support of enterprise software for large, complex customers related to the service industry. Specific expertise in information technology service industry is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
• Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
• Adept at multi-tasking with success and confidence
• Motivated and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High energy and drive with a can do attitude
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy and quality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Education
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
