The customer drives up to the entrance of the wash and chooses if they want to wash the exterior of their vehicle only to add interior or detailing services. These sites typically have specific lanes for full service or exterior. Depending on the site, they may perform the interior services prior to or after the vehicle has been washed in the tunnel. These sites will typically still offer free or controlled self service vacuums for the exterior customers.
